Maintenance Request Form:


The Halls of Residence has a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the Property and Facilities Division to maintain the Halls in accordance with The University of Queensland Standard. if your room or any common area requires any maintenance, please complete the Maintenance Request Form below.

Your request will be responded to in the times outlined below:

  • Urgent - Response 0 - 4 Hours
  • Important - Response 0 - 24 Hours
  • Non-Urgent - Response 0 - 72 Hours

Any maintenance issues not reported prior to vacating your room, will incur a charge worth the price of the maintenance, being placed on your Halls Account.
